CU grabbag Freebie and Update on my mom
As alot of you know my mother has cancer, Today we got bad news , despite 2 rounds of chemo and 35 radiations and RFQ-ablation, the cancer has spread and is in both lungs and her lymph nodes now. They have prescribed a Chemo pill treatment to try to slow it down, but we got a huge shock when we went to have it filled, she is on Medicares Humana plan, we have to wait for authorization to see if they will even cover this drug AND her copay is gonna be in the neighborhood of $5000.00 on 30 pills a month.
my husband and I together along with moms small social security check wont cover that and pay our daily living expenses, so If you feel it in your heart to donate it will all go towards moms medical expenses,And I thank you in advance no matter the size of donation, every penny counts. Because of my own sickness I am not able to help you, but I want to say thank you for your freebie and wish all good things to your mom!!!
My brother also had cancer and was told that Humana didn't cover it but he contacted the drug company and because he couldn't afford it they gave it to him free of charge. Please check it out as the drug companies will give you the drug if you can prove you can't afford it. However time is of importance and you will need to push them to get it done quickly.
